Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Because PULSEBOT is a digital product/service and may include personalized setup, license activation, onboarding, technical configuration, private group access, and immediate digital delivery, all sales are final once access, license, setup instructions, onboarding, private group access, or personalized configuration has been delivered.
By completing the order, the customer expressly requests immediate access to the digital service and acknowledges that, where permitted by applicable law, they lose the right of withdrawal once the digital service has started or the personalized product has been delivered.
No refund will be provided for:
- Trading losses
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong broker setup
- Incorrect risk settings
- VPS problems
- MetaTrader issues
- Internet connection problems
- Market volatility
- User mistakes
- Emotional trading decisions
- Failure to follow instructions
- Not using the product after access was delivered
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may only be considered if there is a proven technical failure caused directly by PULSEBOT and if our support team is unable to provide a reasonable solution within a reasonable timeframe.
