1. Introduction

By accessing the PULSEBOT website, placing an order, purchasing access, downloading files, joining our community, or using the PULSEBOT software in any way, you ("the customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or service.

2. About PULSEBOT

PULSEBOT is a digital trading software, Expert Advisor (EA), automation tool, and/or trading support service designed for traders using MetaTrader or similar trading platforms. PULSEBOT may include software files, license activation, personalized setup, onboarding instructions, technical configuration, community access, and support.

PULSEBOT is not a broker, not a financial advisor, and does not manage client funds.

3. No Financial Advice

All information, results, tools, content, community posts, backtests, screenshots, videos, and support provided by PULSEBOT are for educational, technical, and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in the software, or in our communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading Forex, Gold, CFDs, indices, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of part or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Past performance, backtests, screenshots, community results, and historical data do not guarantee future results. PULSEBOT does not guarantee profits, win rate, account growth, fixed monthly returns, or protection from losses.

5. User Responsibility

• You confirm that you understand the risks of trading.
• You are solely responsible for your choice of broker, account type, leverage, lot size, risk settings, VPS, internet connection, MetaTrader installation, and all trading decisions.
• You agree to test PULSEBOT on a demo account before deploying it on a live account.

6. Orders and Payments

• Access to PULSEBOT is provided only after successful payment.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Special whitelist, promotional, or early-access prices may have their own specific conditions.
• PULSEBOT may refuse, cancel, or suspend access if payment is incomplete, disputed, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

7. Subscription and Access

Access to PULSEBOT may be sold on a monthly, limited-time, whitelist-based, or custom basis. Access is valid only for the purchased period. When the subscription ends, access to the software, updates, support, and private community may also end.

8. Digital Product and Personalized Setup

PULSEBOT is a digital and personalized product/service. The product may be configured or delivered based on the customer's selected broker, account type, risk preferences, MetaTrader setup, VPS, trading requirements, and onboarding information provided by the customer.

9. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Because PULSEBOT is a digital product/service and may include personalized setup, license activation, onboarding, technical configuration, private group access, and immediate digital delivery, all sales are final once access, license, setup instructions, onboarding, private group access, or personalized configuration has been delivered.

By completing the order, the customer expressly requests immediate access to the digital service and acknowledges that, where permitted by applicable law, they lose the right of withdrawal once the digital service has started or the personalized product has been delivered.

No refund will be provided for:

• Trading losses
• Change of mind after purchase
• Wrong broker setup
• Incorrect risk settings
• VPS problems
• MetaTrader issues
• Internet connection problems
• Market volatility
• User mistakes
• Emotional trading decisions
• Failure to follow instructions
• Not using the product after access was delivered

Refunds may only be considered if there is a proven technical failure caused directly by PULSEBOT and if the support team is unable to provide a reasonable solution. Except where required by applicable law.

10. License and Intellectual Property

The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PULSEBOT for the duration of their subscription or access period. The customer does not own the software, source code, strategy, brand, files, logic, or any related intellectual property.

You may not copy, resell, share, leak, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, sublicense, or transfer PULSEBOT access, files, license keys, setup instructions, or any private content.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not:

• Share or resell PULSEBOT
• Leak files or setup instructions
• Reverse-engineer the software
• Use the PULSEBOT brand or logo without written permission
• Make false claims about PULSEBOT
• Use PULSEBOT for any illegal activity
• Give your access to another person
• Promote PULSEBOT as a guaranteed profit system

12. Community Access

Certain packages may include Telegram or other community access. Community access is tied to an active subscription. PULSEBOT may remove users who spam, promote other services, disrespect other members, share private content, or otherwise violate community rules.

13. Technical Limitations

Trading performance and results may depend on factors including but not limited to:

• Broker execution quality
• Spread
• Slippage
• VPS uptime
• Internet connection
• MetaTrader setup
• Market volatility
• News events
• Account leverage
• User-defined settings

PULSEBOT does not guarantee identical results for every user, broker, account, or market condition.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSEBOT, its owner, team, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for:

• Trading losses
• Account losses
• Broker issues
• VPS failure
• MetaTrader errors
• Slippage
• Spread
• Market gaps
• Incorrect settings
• Loss of capital
• Loss of profit
• Emotional trading decisions

15. Changes to Terms

PULSEBOT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country apply.
